Classic Mignonette for Oysters
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1.5 tablespoons shallot, minced
- Fresh black pepper, to taste
- One dozen fresh oysters
- Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except the oysters) together in a small bowl. ;)
- Drizzle a small amount over shucked oysters.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.
