- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- Combine all the ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and blend to desired consistency.
- Chill until ready to serve.
