SIMPLE CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS
Ingredients
For the Classic version:
- Champagne, Cava or Prosecco (your choice)
- 1-2 sugar cubes
- Angostura Bitters
- Lemon twists for garnish
For the Raspberry version:
- Champagne, Cava or Prosecco (your choice)
- Cran-raspberry juice
- Lemon twists for garnish
Instructions
For the Classic version:
- Pour champagne into flutes or vintage stemware.
- Pour a very small amount of bitters into a bowl.
- Place 1-2 sugar cubes in the bitters; they will instantly absorb the bitters.
- Add sugar cubes to champagne.
- Garnish with lemon rind twists.
For the Raspberry version:
- Pour champagne into flutes or vintage stemware leaving room for cran-raspberry juice.
- Add Cran-Raspberry juice, as desired.
- Garnish with lemon twists.
