SIMPLE CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS

For the Classic version:

For the Raspberry version:

Instructions

For the Classic version:

  1. Pour champagne into flutes or vintage stemware.
  2. Pour a very small amount of bitters into a bowl.
  3. Place 1-2 sugar cubes in the bitters; they will instantly absorb the bitters.
  4. Add sugar cubes to champagne.
  5. Garnish with lemon rind twists.

For the Raspberry version:

  1. Pour champagne into flutes or vintage stemware leaving room for cran-raspberry juice.
  2. Add Cran-Raspberry juice, as desired.
  3. Garnish with lemon twists.
